Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Manage external financial reporting and ensure GAAP/SEC compliance.
• Support and enhance SOX 404 compliance and IC programs.
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters.

Qualifications for the Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA required

• Big Four or national public accounting experience preferred
