The Manager, Field Reimbursement Services is responsible for leading a team of field-based reimbursement managers and managing the daily operations of a field reimbursement program sourced to McKesson by a pharmaceutical manufacturer client. The primary objective is to hire, develop, coach, evaluate, and lead the reimbursement team to successfully engage specialty physician offices and support the manufacturer customer. Additional responsibilities include managing program operations, staffing, profitability, SOPs, process design, implementation, and improvements. The role involves monitoring client SLA agreements to ensure compliance and making staffing and process adjustments as needed. It requires managing a nationwide team of remote direct reports, involving monitoring activities, performance development, and extensive travel for training and ride-alongs. The role also involves regular interaction with client organization members, especially the Head of Reimbursement Operations, and acting as a liaison within McKesson to various departments to ensure process synergy, training, and customer satisfaction.
Remote work with general office demands. Travel 60-80% (3-4 days/week), must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Physical requirements include long periods of sitting and keyboard work.
Competitive total rewards package. Base pay range: $79,500 - $132,500, plus potential bonuses and incentives. Benefits information available on our website.
