  • Provide field operation efficiencies and innovative ideas to enhance the reimbursement program, including executing assigned projects.
  • Ensure all SLAs and contractual commitments are met, maintaining adherence to privacy and compliance obligations, with activity tracked in FRM SFDC.
  • Collaborate with the client's Head of Reimbursement Operations to execute strategic initiatives, oversee daily team activities, and report results. Partner with the Sr. Manager to produce monthly and quarterly reports for the client.
  • Manage client expectations, deliver proactive consultative services for process improvement, revenue, and cost-saving opportunities, and participate in quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop FRMs by establishing at least two career development opportunities, providing ongoing training, including payer education, conferences, mentorships, and courses.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Critical Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team preferred.
  • Experience managing a field-based reimbursement team strongly preferred.
  • Proven account/client management experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy industries.
  • Experience in direct communication with pharmaceutical clients or stakeholders.

  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create visible value.
  • Ability to develop strong team relationships and focus on team goals.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects effectively within budget and timelines.
  • Experience with process documentation and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
