Job Summary:
As a global provider of over 600 products focused on improving the health of women, babies, and families, CooperSurgical also offers premier medical devices, fertility, and genomics solutions.
This role ensures the efficient operation of facilities and building systems at the Los Angeles and Los Altos CSI buildings. Responsibilities include managing process water systems, HVAC, laboratory support, power, water supply, compressed air, building maintenance, fire protection, sanitation, and janitorial services.
The Manager will oversee contracts, supervise technicians, cleaning staff, external contractors, and maintain a preventive maintenance system. The role involves addressing minor and major facility and equipment issues to ensure optimal service and functionality.
Additional responsibilities include supporting facility projects and upgrades at 11 other CSI gamete locations, collaborating with local property management, and providing remote and on-site support for major projects or upgrades as needed.
This full-time, on-site position is based in Los Angeles with an estimated 15% domestic travel required. The candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple activities and projects effectively.
