This role ensures the smooth operation of facilities and building systems for the Los Angeles and Los Altos CSI buildings. Responsibilities include managing process water systems, HVAC, laboratory support, power supply, water supply, air compression, building maintenance, fire protection, sanitation, and janitorial services.
The Facilities Manager will oversee contracts, supervise technicians, cleaning staff, external contractors, and manage preventative maintenance systems. The role involves planning and executing preventative and emergency actions, addressing facility and equipment issues to ensure optimal service and functionality.
This position also supports facility projects and upgrades at other CSI gamete locations across the U.S., coordinating with local property management. Support includes remote and on-site assistance, especially during major projects or upgrades.
As a Facilities Manager based in Los Angeles + Los Altos, you should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
You will also provide support to other CSI gamete locations in the U.S., as needed. This full-time, on-site position requires approximately 15% domestic travel.
