Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communications plans for workplace technology launches and adoption campaigns.
  • Manage communications projects from intake through execution, including planning and post-launch support.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communications for non-technical audiences.
  • Write, edit, and produce emails, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Create polished visual communications for digital and physical channels (displays, posters, intranet, Slack, ads).
  • Build partnerships with Technology product teams and stakeholders, aligning with roadmaps and rollout plans.
  • Manage calendars, timelines, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, and brand standards across campaigns and deliverables.
  • Improve workflows and outcomes using AI to enhance efficiency.

Job description

  • Develop and execute communications plans supporting workplace technology launches, change moments, adoption efforts, training campaigns, and ongoing colleague education
  • Manage communications projects from intake through execution, including planning, stakeholder engagement, content development, approvals, launch, and post-launch support
  • Translate technical concepts, product updates, and colleague impacts into clear, concise, actionable communications for non-technical audiences
  • Write, edit, and produce enterprise emails, the monthly Amex Tech newsletter, intranet content, presentations, FAQs, training materials, Slack posts, and other digital communications
  • Create polished, on-brand visual communications for digital and physical channels, including digital displays, intranet pages, Slack, advertisements, posters, and other campaign assets
  • Build partnerships with Technology product teams and internal stakeholders while staying informed of priorities, product roadmaps, rollout plans, and colleague impacts
  • Manage communications calendars, project timelines, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Maintain quality, accuracy, consistency, and corporate brand standards across campaigns and deliverables
  • Improve communications workflows, processes, and outcomes through effective use of AI
Requirements
