Job summary

Capital One is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to design and execute strategies that align with business goals. You will translate objectives into compelling narratives and partner with senior leaders to craft executive communications.

You will leverage associate feedback and internal metrics to measure impact, collaborate across the enterprise to ensure consistent messaging, and help drive strategic initiatives with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of communications experience
• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, or tech-adjacent business units in a large enterprise environment
• Proven track record of using internal data, associate sentiment, and metrics to shape business-aligned communication strategies
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing communications through strategic business shifts or enterprise initiatives
• Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
