Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Manager for B2B sales to join our Digital Sales team. This role is responsible for driving strategic efforts to increase gross adds and improve customer journeys, ensuring consistency across the upper funnel through the buyflow. The ideal candidate will leverage online go-to-market strategies to align with marketing and offer strategies, leading merchandising efforts for our internet product on the website, both in paid and non-paid journeys for our B2B sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates, increase internet gross adds, and achieve business goals across customer segments. Analyze customer journeys and identify improvements for a seamless experience from the upper funnel to purchase.
  2. Website Merchandising: Lead the merchandising and content strategy for the B2B website, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing to integrate promotional campaigns.
  3. Project Management: Manage website updates, design, and optimization initiatives, coordinating with marketing, product, and IT teams for timely execution.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts and generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product managers, and the Studio team to align messaging, address technical challenges, and implement new features to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and A/B testing.
  • Experience with website merchandising and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
  • Strategic thinking and methodical execution skills.
