We are looking for a talented Ecom Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience across our digital channels—elevating our direct-to-consumer marketing through strategic planning, engaging content, and data-driven campaigns that drive performance, brand awareness and loyalty.
About the Role: As the Ecom Marketing Manager, you are the primary owner of the user experience across Blåkläder’s website, responsible for optimizing every step of the customer journey—from discovery to purchase and beyond. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across DTC channels. This includes overseeing performance marketing campaigns, email strategies, on-site merchandising, and funnel optimization. You will ensure a seamless, high-performing, and brand-aligned experience for all site visitors, with the ultimate goal of driving growth, customer satisfaction, and retention. You'll collaborate across departments to create compelling campaigns and user experiences that reflect Blåkläder’s values and drive measurable results. You will report to the President of Blaklader North America.
