Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-9 years of experience in directly negotiated digital media buying.
• Significant experience negotiating and managing direct publisher and platform partnerships.
• Strong background in digital-direct media buying rather than primarily programmatic buying.
• Deep understanding of campaign execution, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate publishers, platforms, and media partners to identify the best fit for campaign objectives.
• Lead direct negotiations and manage partner relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate campaign setup and execution in partnership with channel, analytics, operations, and finance teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve outcomes.
• Develop reports, presentations, and performance analyses that clearly connect media results to client objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen direct media partnerships and enhance buying strategies.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Contribute insights and recommendations that improve overall media effectiveness and operational excellence.
