Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TV buying fundamentals, including audience delivery, pricing models, stewardship, and post-buy analysis.
• Experience negotiating across linear and digital network properties.
• Proficiency with Mediaocean platforms (Spectra and Prisma).
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills and strong Excel capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CTV, digital video, audio, client-facing work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and execute national video buys aligned with campaign objectives.
• Monitor delivery and performance, ensuring stewardship and timely issue resolution.
• Optimize media investments to maximize value, efficiency and audience delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with network and media partners and secure value.
• Prepare reports, presentations and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Translate campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, technology, planning and activation teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve buying strategies and processes.
