An independent media agency is seeking a Manager, Direct Negotiation professional specializing in either National Video or Digital Direct media buying. This role will lead partner negotiations, campaign execution, and performance management across premium media channels.

Who You Are

• Manager-level media buying and negotiation professional
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing campaigns from activation through reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with media investment platforms

National Video

• Experience negotiating and buying national linear TV
• Knowledge of broadcast, cable, sports, and network inventory
• Mediaocean experience strongly preferred
• CTV, OTT, OLV, or digital video experience preferred

Digital Direct

• Strong direct digital buying experience
• Experience negotiating directly with publishers and platforms
• Background in CTV, streaming video, streaming audio, or publisher-direct media
• Experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
