Job summary

G-Commerce is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and scale custom e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with our CTO and COO to own features end-to-end and drive architecture decisions in a fully remote setting.

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks: React (required), Next.js (strongly preferred)
• Strong backend development skills in NestJS and/or Node.js
• Experience with TypeORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps workflows
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and vendor services into Next.js / Node.js applications
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
• Knowledge of application security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)

Responsibilities

• Develop performant, accessible, and user-friendly frontend interfaces with React and Next.js
• Design and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs consumed by frontend clients and third parties
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and vendor systems into existing and new platforms
• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the full stack
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate actively in code reviews

Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of experience and strong e-commerce knowledge to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our CTO and COO to design, build, and scale custom e-commerce solutions and third-party integrations. This is a fully remote position with high ownership and direct impact.

About the Role

You’ll contribute to projects across multiple domains, including:

• Custom platforms built with React and Next.js, focusing on modern, performance-first UIs with excellent user experience
• Scalable backend systems developed with NestJS and TypeORM, using PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Integration of third-party APIs and services into NestJS / Node.js / Next.js / React applications
• E-commerce workflows including payment processing, order management, product catalog systems, and vendor integrations
• AI-assisted features and data pipelines leveraging platforms such as Google Vertex AI or other Generative AI services

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer

• Experience with caching strategies (Redis, CDN)
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio
• Experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend codebases
