Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction administration or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with accounting/finance concentration or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • MRI experience is a plus.
  • Prior supervisory experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead a team effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Development Coordinators and Construction Coordinators.
  • Oversee training, workflow, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage project-related paperwork production for assigned portfolios
  • Review executed leases, amendments, letter agreements, and other legal documents; extract key information and maintain organized job folders and tracking tools
  • Implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures with the National Director
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage reports
  • Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
  • Monitor workload, prioritize assignments, and provide day-to-day guidance
  • Review work output for quality, completeness, and compliance
  • Prepare, issue, and track contractual paperwork and coordinate vendor certificates of insurance
  • Process and track tenant reimbursement invoices and tenant allowances
  • Process invoices, applications for payment, and retainage releases
  • Manage new tenant and vendor setups
  • Collaborate with Development, Construction, Accounting, and other teams to support project execution and resolve issues
  • Support escalations, troubleshoot process issues, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities
  • Assist with internal memorandums, notices, and letters
  • Lead or participate in special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements
