You will oversee shift management, uphold company policies, train team members, and drive customer satisfaction while managing costs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa Johns standards and accurately reflects the customer's order.
• Communicates trains and promotes quality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools including Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends to the General Manager performance action regarding team members and fosters teamwork and customer focus.
• Manages sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service and driving local marketing.
• Manages profit goals and controls costs using the PROFIT System; handles administrative duties.
• Plans inventory levels and ensures safety and security standards across the restaurant.
