Qualifications

• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager.
• Ensures team is quality- and customer-focused and maintains atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt and friendly service and improving check averages through training and execution.
• Pursues additional sales through local restaurant marketing and community presence.
