Position: Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to analyze large datasets related to insurance products, customer behavior, and market trends. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to support product development and decision-making processes.
  2. Generate actionable insights and present findings to the Product Management team and stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Management team to define KPIs for insurance products, monitor and analyze their performance, and provide regular reports on trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Recommend adjustments and enhancements to optimize product performance and drive growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  5. Translate market insights into strategic recommendations to improve product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in analytics projects.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data infrastructure and tools for analytics needs.
  9. Create visually engaging dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  10. Develop and maintain automated reporting processes for real-time updates on product performance and key metrics.
  11. Manage and lead a team of data analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, and R.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization techniques.
