About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to enable smarter decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize and automate operations like ordering, payments, and invoicing.
2. Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
3. Design and oversee data analysis and business intelligence strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
4. Apply advanced analytics to uncover patterns and optimize performance.
5. Develop data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization methods.
6. Create visual representations to facilitate understanding of data concepts.
7. Translate complex data into compelling reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
8. Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and performance.
9. Communicate with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
10. Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems.
3. Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
4. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
7. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000, with participation in an annual incentive program. Benefits details are available in the Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
