We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research and visualization initiatives, and modernize core financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to inform decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize and automate operations including ordering, payments, invoices, and communication.
• Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and execute data analysis and business intelligence strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns, optimize performance, and inform strategy.
• Develop data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization methods.
• Create visual representations to communicate data concepts effectively.
• Translate complex data into compelling reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and operational metrics.
• Engage with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, especially with financial systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently with ownership.

Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000, based on experience and location. Eligible for annual incentive programs. Benefits details are available in the Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
