Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting (SQL, Power BI)

Position Purpose:

Oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting related to all core business functions.

1. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables.
2. Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization.
3. Execute and manage the completion of large reconciliation tasks.
4. Responsible for the quality and completeness of data in core systems by performing and overseeing the auditing of data.
5. Oversee large systems and data-related projects.
6. Mentor and manage a team of data analysts of varying skill and experience levels.
7. Lead and execute complex data-related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience. Medicare and Medicaid managed care experience is a plus. Knowledge of data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies. Advanced skills in MS Access, Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and data warehousing. Amysis experience is preferred. Experience working with diverse business groups within a matrix environment. Project management experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office). Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
