We seek a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead strategic data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize core financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will leverage data insights to inform decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize and automate operations like ordering, payments, and invoicing.
• Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and oversee data analysis and business intelligence to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns and optimize performance.
• Create data sourcing, validation, transformation, and visualization strategies.
• Use graphical representations to clarify data concepts and insights.
• Translate complex data into compelling visual stories and reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide data-driven insights into revenue and operational performance.
• Communicate invoicing and financial information with customers and partners.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, with a focus on financial systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of working independently.
