Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Manager of Customer Success in a hybrid role based in Chicago or Bellevue to lead a high-performance team and drive renewal, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts. You will coach managers across the US and UK, partner with Sales, Product, and Services, and champion adoption of Risk Cloud’s AI features to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise client-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership with retention/forecasting responsibilities.
• Experience in configurable low-code/no-code SaaS serving risk, compliance, or security practitioners.
• Proven coaching ability to develop individual contributors and drive results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services.
• Experience with large enterprises and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across the United States and the United Kingdom.
• Own team renewal, retention, and expansion metrics with accurate forecasting.
• Provide escalation leadership on complex customer situations and coach on executive communications.
• Develop and scale internal playbooks, standards, and retention strategies.
• Cascade OKRs and set clear growth targets for the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation Services, and Product to reduce handoff friction.
• Coach the team on leveraging Risk Cloud’s AI capabilities and automate workflows.
• Participate in hiring and compensation discussions to grow the team.
