The Professional Services Manager will own complex engagements end-to-end, translating objectives into scalable Risk Cloud workflows while partnering with enterprise risk teams to deliver bespoke configurations and drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of independently managing complex or bespoke customer projects.
• Advanced Technical & Solution Architecture Skills: Demonstrated ability to master complex software platforms and build advanced, custom configurations and integrations for enterprise clients.
• AI Literacy & Curiosity: Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflow design and delivery.
• Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with experience in executive discovery sessions and change management.
• Autonomous Execution & Scope Ownership: Strong project management rigor to manage health, scope, and risks independently.
• Flexibility for On-Site Engagement: Willingness to travel for customer on-sites and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bespoke Customer Engagements: Own complex professional services projects end-to-end, conducting deep-dive discovery sessions with customer stakeholders to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver documented business outcomes.
• Architect & Configure Advanced Risk Cloud Solutions: Build sophisticated, non-standard Risk Cloud workflows and data models to address complex enterprise GRC use cases.
• Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration timelines and optimize process mapping.
• Proactive Project & Account Management: Autonomously manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, identify risks, and triage requests while mentoring junior consultants.
• Provide Strategic GRC Advisory: Apply deep domain expertise across enterprise risk management and audit to guide customer strategy.
• Drive Quick Wins & Value Demonstration: Identify early value opportunities and demonstrate ROI before project completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams for seamless handoffs and portfolio growth.
• Mentorship & Team Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices, contribute to playbooks, and mentor juniors.
