Job summary

LogicGate in a hybrid Chicago/Bellevue setting seeks a Professional Services Manager to own complex customer engagements—from discovery through architecture design and advanced Risk Cloud configuration. You will act as a trusted GRC advisor, translating business objectives into scalable platform workflows and managing account health to deliver delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation with a track record of independently managing complex projects.
• Advanced technical and solution-architecture skills to master complex platforms and build custom configurations and integrations.
• AI literacy and curiosity to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and deliver innovative advisory solutions.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management with experience in discovery sessions and presenting to risk leaders.
• Autonomous execution with scope ownership, strong project management, and risk mitigation.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements, workshops, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead bespoke customer engagements end-to-end, with deep-dive discovery and architecture definition.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models for enterprise GRC use cases.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration timelines and improve process mapping.
• Autonomously manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation; triage requests and delegate as needed.
• Provide strategic GRC advisory across enterprise risk management, third-party risk, and audit.
• Drive quick wins and demonstrate ROI early in engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share configuration best practices.
