Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Professional Services Associate to support bespoke customer engagements, delivering customized Risk Cloud configurations, tailored GRC workflows, and actionable technical deliverables.

You will build hands-on platform expertise, collaborate with senior team members, and leverage AI tools to streamline documentation, capture requirements, and accelerate project delivery. The role is hybrid with on-site work weekly in Chicago or Bellevue.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting.
• High attention to detail with ability to document requirements and track commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to summarize discussions and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop Risk Cloud configurations and custom workflows from customer requirements.
• Track project time and communicate progress, blockers, and status to stakeholders.
• Lead customer-facing sessions, capture precise requirements and produce clean docs.
• Utilize AI tools to draft docs, summarize notes, and accelerate tasks.
• Complete platform certifications and expand GRC domain expertise.
