Job summary

LogicGate, a leading AI GRC platform, seeks a Professional Services Associate to support bespoke customer engagements, delivering custom Risk Cloud configurations and tailored GRC workflows.

You will build hands-on platform expertise, collaborate with senior team members, and use embedded AI tools to accelerate documentation and project execution.

This role requires on-site presence in Chicago or Bellevue and offers growth through certifications and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to document requirements and track commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client stakeholders.
• Curiosity to develop deep expertise in Risk Cloud and GRC standards.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Configure Risk Cloud applications and workflows per customer requirements.
• Track project time and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead customer-facing sessions and document clear configuration deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation and daily tasks.
• Complete platform certifications and trainings to advance domain knowledge.
