Job summary

Bally's in Kansas City is seeking a Count Room Supervisor to manage the collection of slot bill validators and the count of table game drops. You will coordinate with cage, security, surveillance, accounting, and slots to ensure timely counts and high service levels.

You will transfer funds to the cage, maintain a neat count room, and lead the count room team with coaching and training while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Hires, trains, develops, coaches and supervises the count room team members.
• Must have basic mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to deal with people with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensures collection of slot bill validators (BVs) and the count of table games drop and BV drop is scheduled and performed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Coordinates with departments (cage, security, surveillance, accounting, slots) to ensure communication and service levels are maintained at a high level.
• Transfers Table games and slot drop funds to the cage in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure that soft count area and equipment is maintained in a neat, organized, serviceable and professional manner.
• Performs routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests.
• Ensure full compliance with all MGC regulations.
