Job summary

Bally's is seeking a Count Room Supervisor to oversee count room operations, ensuring accurate collection of BVs, drops, and related counts. You will coordinate with cage, security, surveillance, accounting and slots to uphold service standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership in hiring, training, and developing count room staff while maintaining a professional image and adherence to MGC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform collection of slot bill validators and table/drop counts efficiently.
• Coordinate with cage, security, surveillance, accounting, and slots to maintain high service levels.
• Transfer table games and slot drop funds to the cage promptly.
• Maintain the soft count area and equipment in a neat, organized, professional manner.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise the count room team.

• Ensures the collection of slot bill validators (BVs) and the count of table games drop and BV drop is scheduled and performed in an efficient and timely manner
• Coordinates with departments (cage, security, surveillance, accounting, slots) to ensure that communication and service levels are maintained at a high level
• Transfers Table games and slot drop funds to the cage in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that soft count area and equipment is maintained in a neat, organized, serviceable and professional manner
• Performs routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Hires, trains, develops, coaches and supervises the count room team members
• Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests
• Ensure full compliance with all MGC regulations
