Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Count Room Supervisor to oversee the collection of slot bill validators and the timely drop of table games and slot funds. You will coordinate with cage, security, surveillance, accounting, and slots to ensure superior service levels and accurate counts.

The role requires strong math, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced casino environment while maintaining strict regulatory compliance with MGC guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure collection of slot bill validators and scheduled drop counts for table games.
• Coordinate with cage, security, surveillance, accounting, and slots to maintain high service levels.
• Transfer table games and slot drop funds to the cage efficiently.
• Maintain soft count area and equipment in neat and professional condition.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise count room staff.
• Display courteous and professional image to departments and guests.
• Ensure compliance with all MGC regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the collection of slot bill validators (BVs) and the count of table games drop and BV drop is scheduled and performed in an efficient and timely manner
• Coordinates with departments (cage, security, surveillance, accounting, slots) to ensure that communication and service levels are maintained at a high level
• Transfers Table games and slot drop funds to the cage in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that soft count area and equipment is maintained in a neat, organized, serviceable and professional manner
• Performs routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Hires, trains, develops, coaches and supervises the count room team members
• Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests
• Ensure full compliance with all MGC regulations

Competencies:

• Must have basic mathematical skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
