Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Manager, Communications to join our Global Client Communications team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will lead strategic client communications on regulatory, operational, contractual, and service updates while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience with 6+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, client communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for solving problems, improving customer experiences, and finding innovative ways to deliver impactful communications.

Responsibilities
