As the Manager of Commercial Operations - Finance, you will manage strategic pricing efforts for all Energy Systems global project opportunities (AP1000, AP300 (together APx), and Energy Storage) by leading the cost estimating, pricing, and optimization phases of financial development of commercial offers. A key function of this role is to understand internal cost data, external customer expectations, and financial constraints to design pricing models that balance market competitiveness and profit maximization, positioning Westinghouse to seize diverse business opportunities. You will also analyze Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) for the APx portfolio and collaborate with Export Credit Agencies for domestic and international opportunities.

You will report to the Senior Manager - Pricing and Financing Strategy.

This role is remote within the United States. No relocation or sponsorship is offered.

1. Evaluate and develop estimating and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profits, while enabling Westinghouse to offer comprehensive solutions to global customers’ financial needs and restrictions.
2. Manage the implementation of detailed models and valuation scenarios for global Energy Systems opportunities, incorporating historical data and lessons learned to support project success.
3. Collaborate with technical and management teams across business development, project management, and customers to develop customer-specific pricing strategies.
4. Partner with Treasury to evaluate financing packages from export credit agencies, including U.S. Ex-Im Bank, to secure favorable terms.
5. Lead integration of front-end and back-end financials to optimize project revenue, cash flows, and reduce risks.
6. Conduct price optimization reviews and provide guidance to leadership and the board to align on commercial strategies.
7. Develop pricing policies and targets in collaboration with corporate leadership, considering financial incentives and market fluctuations.
8. Oversee pricing goals aligned with organizational financial targets and market presence.
9. Negotiate and communicate financial scenarios with stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies and maintain competitiveness.
10. Evaluate new markets for growth opportunities through market and competitive analyses.
11. Coordinate growth strategies with business development and project teams.
12. Require 8 to 10 years of experience in team/process leadership, financial applications, cost estimating, with AP1000 experience preferred.
13. Ability to travel 25%, domestically and internationally.
14. Demonstrated project experience both internationally and domestically.
15. Understand the importance of accurate forecasting and its impact on profitability, enhancing accountability through collaboration and standards.
