As a Senior Commercial Manager, Major Component Replacement Projects, you will implement large-scale engineering projects. You will increase business development efforts through collaboration with our teams and clients.

You will report to the VP of Commercial LTO and will work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Use practical experience in project execution to develop sales strategies aligned with our capabilities.
3. Lead negotiations on contracts, agreements, and project terms.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3. General knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant Operations.
4. Experience managing sales processes for multimillion-dollar projects.
5. Proven negotiation skills, with experience managing complex contracts and project terms.
