Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology, is recruiting a Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement to join remotely in the US, with travel to Irvine, CA for training. The role involves developing and delivering education programs to support Electrophysiology procedures and market expansion, collaborating with various teams, and supporting sales training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Therapy Advancement training to promote cardiac ablation value.
• Utilize educational tools to demonstrate the value of Electrophysiology and grow procedure volumes.
• Identify training gaps and develop resources to support reimbursement and market access.
• Coordinate logistical strategies for efficient training delivery.
• Support sales training with programs on products, systems, and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and Marketing.
• Ensure team compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop educational opportunities supporting Therapy Advancement initiatives.
• Supervise and measure team proficiencies, gather customer feedback to improve programs.
• Stay updated on US healthcare trends impacting Therapy Advancement and Electrophysiology.
• Lead and support the work of the education team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in medical device, pharma, consulting, or payer support, with 2+ years in a related role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Electrophysiology or EP Labs is preferred.
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical & Travel Requirements

Minimum 40% travel within the US.
