Role Overview

As the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, you will collaborate closely with business partners including Therapy Advancement, US Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure effective education for the Therapy Advancement team, supporting Electrophysiology product and program growth. You will also assist in sales training initiatives to enhance commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Lead US Therapy Advancement training to promote market expansion and the value of cardiac ablation.
2. Utilize Commercial Education tools to train the team on Electrophysiology benefits and procedures.
3. Identify training gaps and collaborate on resources to support reimbursement and market access.
4. Plan logistical strategies for efficient training opportunities.
5. Support sales training programs using adult learning methods across various formats.
6. Facilitate learning on sales tools, products, and competitive technologies.
7. Work with cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, and Regulatory Affairs.
8. Ensure team compliance with Healthcare regulations.
9. Develop educational opportunities supporting Therapy Advancement initiatives.
10. Supervise and measure team proficiencies and capture customer feedback to improve programs.
11. Stay informed on US trends impacting Therapy Advancement and Electrophysiology.
12. Lead and support the work of education associates to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in medical device, pharma, consulting, or payer support, with 2+ years in a support role.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Electrophysiology or EP Labs is preferred.
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
