Role Overview

The Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Commercial Education, collaborating closely with Therapy Advancement, US Marketing, and Sales Leadership to deliver focused education for the Therapy Advancement team, supporting Electrophysiology product growth and market expansion. The role includes supporting sales training initiatives to elevate commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead US Therapy Advancement training to promote cardiac ablation and market growth.
• Utilize educational tools to demonstrate the value of Electrophysiology procedures.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate on developing resources supporting reimbursement and market access.
• Coordinate logistical strategies for efficient training delivery.
• Support sales training programs, including adult learning methods and various formats like instructor-led, virtual, and self-study modules.
• Assist in training on sales tools, resources, and business practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure team compliance with Healthcare laws and regulations.
• Develop educational initiatives aligned with Therapy Advancement goals.
• Measure and supervise team proficiencies and gather customer feedback to improve programs.
• Stay informed on US healthcare trends impacting therapy and market access.
• Lead the work of education associates supporting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or payer support, with 2+ years in a commercial role.
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of data review practices.
• Clear communication, self-motivated, able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Electrophysiology or EP Labs.
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine.
• Experience in education, market development, reimbursement, or health policy roles.
• Collaborative attitude and team engagement skills.
• Understanding reimbursement and market access trends.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it simply.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 40% travel within the US.
