Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology, is recruiting a Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement to join our team remotely in the US, with travel to Irvine, California for training.

Our company is dedicated to healthcare innovation, aiming to prevent, treat, and cure complex diseases with smarter, less invasive, and personalized treatments. We are developing the next generation of solutions in cardiovascular care, including electrophysiology, to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Therapy Advancement training for Commercial Education to support market expansion and the value of cardiac ablation.
• Utilize Commercial Education tools to train the Therapy Advancement team on electrophysiology procedures and product value.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate with professional education teams on resources supporting reimbursement and market access.
• Plan logistical strategies for efficient training opportunities.
• Support sales training initiatives, including curriculum development and delivery using adult learning methods.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Ensure team compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop educational programs to support Therapy Advancement initiatives.
• Supervise and measure team proficiency and gather customer feedback to improve training programs.
• Stay informed on US healthcare trends affecting electrophysiology and therapy advancement.
• Lead and coordinate the work of the education team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or healthcare payers, with 2+ years in a support role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in electrophysiology or EP labs is preferred.
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel requirement: minimum 40% within the US.
