Job Summary: Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology, is recruiting a Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, to join our team remotely in the US, with travel to Irvine, California for training.

Our mission is to develop the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments at the intersection of biology and technology. We develop leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

As the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, You Will:

• Lead US Therapy Advancement training to support market expansion and demonstrate the value of cardiac ablation.
• Utilize Commercial Education tools and programs to train the Therapy Advancement team in growing procedure volumes.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate with professional education teams on resources supporting reimbursement and market access.
• Coordinate logistical strategies for efficient training opportunities.
• Support sales training initiatives, including adult learning methods across various formats.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Ensure team compliance with healthcare regulations and develop educational programs supporting Therapy Advancement initiatives.
• Supervise and measure team proficiencies, capturing voice of customer insights to refine educational programs.
• Stay updated on US healthcare trends impacting Therapy Advancement and electrophysiology technologies.
• Lead the work of commercial education associates to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or payer support, with 2+ years in a commercial support role
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of data review practices
• Clear communication, self-motivated, able to work independently

Preferred:

• Advanced degree
• 3+ years in Electrophysiology or EP Lab experience
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine
• Experience in education, market development, reimbursement, or health policy
• Collaborative attitude, strategic thinking, and digital literacy in MS Office

Physical & Travel Requirements

Minimum 40% travel within the US.
