Role Overview

As the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, you will collaborate with business partners, primarily Therapy Advancement, US Marketing, and Sales Leadership, to deliver focused education supporting Electrophysiology products and programs. You will implement education strategies aligned with commercial objectives and support sales training initiatives to enhance organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Therapy Advancement training to promote market expansion and demonstrate the value of cardiac ablation.
• Utilize educational tools and programs to train the Therapy Advancement team on electrophysiology procedures.
• Identify training gaps, develop resources, and support reimbursement and market access strategies.
• Coordinate logistical aspects for effective education delivery.
• Support sales training programs using adult learning methods, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-study formats.
• Assist in training on sales tools, products, and business practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure team compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop educational opportunities and measure team proficiency.
• Gather customer feedback to refine educational programs.
• Stay updated on US market trends affecting Therapy Advancement and electrophysiology technologies.
• Manage the work of the education team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consulting, or related fields, with 2+ years supporting commercial activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of data review practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electrophysiology or EP labs (3+ years).
• Background in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine.
• Experience in market development, reimbursement, or health policy roles.
• Collaborative attitude and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Minimum 40% travel within the US.
