Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years' experience in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management.
• Alternative: High School Diploma or GED with 14 years' experience in related fields.
• Strong financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a sales team, define expectations, inspect pipeline activities and participate in calling efforts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet short-term and long-term financial objectives based on Executive direction.
• Be an active partner of the credit team to maintain strong credit quality and effective deal processing.
• Represent the Bank in civic and community functions to enhance the Bank's image and develop additional business.
• Maintain productive relationships with Business Services partners and other divisions to grow total financial services relationships.

As a Manager of Commercial Banking at First Citizens you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding complex commercial relationships in the Charlotte market. This is a leadership role that will manage a team of Commercial and/or Business Bankers to maximize business development efforts and positively impact profitability.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

In this role, you will get to:

• Actively lead and manage a sales team to include defining expectations, inspecting pipelining activities and participating in calling efforts with the team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to accomplish short-term and long-term financial objectives, based on Executive strategic direction.
• Be an active partner of the credit team and provide guidance to the team in order to maintain strong credit quality and effective deal processing.
• Represent the Bank in various civic and community functions to further enhance the Bank's image and development of additional business.
• Maintain productive working relationships with Business Services partners and other corporate divisions; beneficially bringing sales partners into client relationships to manage the total financial services relationship for our customers and prospects

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 10 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 14 years' experience in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development, or financial services management
