First Citizens Bank is seeking a Commercial Banker to grow a portfolio of commercial banking relationships with companies in the $10–$35mm revenue range. You will originate loans, deposits and fee income while expanding your local business network and referral sources.

You’ll work with credit partners to manage underwriting and deposit/cash-management needs, representing the bank in the community and supporting cross-team collaboration to deepen client relationships.

As a Commercial Banker at First Citizens Bank you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding relationships with business owners in your community to help them meet their financial goals.

This position is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships. Develops and maintains an active prospect list, customer outreach plan and quality referral sources for companies between $10-$35mm in annual revenues. Is the primary contact for borrowing needs and provides subject matter expertise for deposit and cash flow management needs. This position works with various sales partners to build and manage full banking relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Commercial or business lending, credit or business development
