Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager – Engineering, Managed Services to lead a cloud-focused engineering team delivering government-focused cloud, hybrid infrastructure, automation, observability, and managed operations offerings. You will own end-to-end service delivery, resource planning, and continuous improvement while acting as a product owner for the services portfolio.

You will drive alignment with contracts and SLAs, manage capabilities, and mentor engineers to build scalable, secure solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience with 1 year in a management role.
• Alternatively, 11 years of work experience with 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in ITIL-based process management and service delivery frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering team responsible for cloud, automation, observability, security, and operational services.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs and government requirements.
• Execute service management practices and governance processes.
• Drive continuous service improvement across processes, tooling, and performance.
• Allocate engineering resources for cloud and hybrid technology services.
• Establish on-call and escalation practices for critical government services.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase scalability.
