Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years IT engineering experience (including 5 years large-scale DC experience).
• Ability to apply technical background and knowledge to business direction and derive real business outcomes.
• Ability to develop project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new solution/product development.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical consultation in analyzing client's requirements and assisting sales with proposals and presentations.
• Responsible for technical sales support.
• Provides leadership and advice on architecture design to customers and Managed Services teams.
• Maintains client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor for CDW Managed Services clients.
