Job summary

CDW is seeking a Manager – Engineering, Managed Services to lead a cloud-focused, platform-agnostic engineering team responsible for service delivery, automation, observability, and operational excellence across government environments.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage resources, drive improvements, and develop the team while aligning with contracts, SLAs, and governance; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7 years of experience or 11 years with 1 year of managerial experience.
• Experience in consulting, managed services, cloud operations, or engineering leadership is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based process management and service delivery frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Managed Services Engineering team delivering cloud, automation, observability, security, and infrastructure services.
• Own end-to-end service delivery and operational performance for government environments.
• Drive continuous service improvement across processes, tooling, and governance.
• Allocate resources and establish on-call/escalation practices to ensure continuity.
