Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Engineer for its Managed Services team to design, implement, and operate complex, multi-tenant data center solutions. You will deliver innovative responses to hardware and software problems, provide design and technical support, and align services with CDW SOPs and service descriptions.

You’ll participate in on‑call rotations, perform throughput analysis, craft test plans, and communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in large-scale, multi-tenant Data Center environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, implementation, technical support services for Managed Services.
• Lead complex designs and educate customers on solutions throughout the service life.
