Job summary

True North Insights is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic client relationships and coach a high-performing team across global offices. You’ll partner with top management consultancies and institutional investors to deliver complex, time-sensitive research engagements, shaping processes and driving scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1.5–5 years of experience in expert network or primary research.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while driving accountability and performance.
• Professional fluency in English required; U.S. work authorization welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term account growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates.
• Partner with management consulting firms, investors, and healthcare & life sciences orgs to execute time-sensitive research engagements.
• Identify, recruit, and engage senior industry experts to deliver insights across industries.
• Monitor team performance and coach against key metrics to achieve goals.
• Improve workflows, client experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across Sales, Account Management, Compliance, Recruiting, and International teams.
