Qualifications

• 1.5–5 years of experience within an expert network or primary research firm.
• Proven track record delivering client service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members while driving performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple projects.
• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic client relationships, ensuring service delivery and growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates.
• Be a cultural ambassador, drive accountability and performance.
• Partner with consulting firms, institutional investors, and healthcare orgs on research engagements.
• Identify and engage senior industry experts for high-quality insights.
• Monitor team performance and coach against key metrics.
