True North Insights seeks an Associate to manage engagements end-to-end, coordinate with experts, and deliver actionable insights for clients. You will be the main client-expert liaison across multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality results.

The role favors quick learners who take initiative, with strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree (GPA 3.5). US work authorization is required. January 2027 start date is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• 6–18 months of professional experience; internships or roles involving client engagement are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• You will be the main point of contact between clients and experts, owning projects and delivering reliable results.
• Identify and engage experts to meet client needs and confirm availability and alignment.
• Coordinate consultations to translate client objectives into research plans and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and make informed scheduling decisions.
