  • Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and practices related to key civil siteworks activities, including site preparation, earthwork, drainage, vehicular circulation, utility connections, and fire and life safety considerations.
  • Experience supporting complex permit applications with various authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills and command of collaboration tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Autodesk Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience leading diverse teams delivering complex, high‑profile infrastructure projects, with demonstrated commitment to co‑creation and collaborative decision‑making.
  • Knowledge of fundamental project management concepts (e.g., scope, schedule, budget) and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in California.
  • Project Management and Construction Certifications.
  • Experience in design and construction in the US and California markets, including applying for and obtaining civil works permits.
What We Offer
  • Real ownership of the civil engineering scope behind every LA28 venue.
  • Direct influence over how venues perform for athletes, fans, and broadcast.
  • A collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team spanning architecture, accessibility, energy, and technology.
  • The chance to shape infrastructure that doesn’t exist yet into venues ready for the Games.
