  • Prepare agendas, recommendations, and action plans for senior executives across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools to track milestones, risks, and program performance.
  • Identify program risks, recommend mitigations, and help teams implement and manage change effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business management; or 7 years of equivalent experience in infrastructure program management.
  • Strong project management skills in scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and stakeholder management across temporary infrastructure and permanent construction.
  • Strong Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent experience, and fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
  • Strong experience reporting data across the organization and preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.
Valued Experience
  • Previous Olympic, Paralympic, or other major sports event experience.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to co-creation and collaborative decision-making.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter experience defining tasks, seeking feedback, and evolving work.
What We Offer
  • Real ownership of the program picture that guides LA28's venue infrastructure decisions.
