Job Description Summary

We are looking for a professional, thought-leader, and hustler to help Mastercard reach more customers through strategic partners focusing on our business and market insights solutions in the NAM region. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and insights and understands how to build smart data partnerships. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and managing channel and alliance partner relationships within the NAM region, including partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation, and growth.

Role/Responsibilities
  1. Define the profile of potential partners with management's help.
  2. Research, identify, qualify, and screen potential partners aligning with target profiles.
  3. Gain commitment from qualified partners through compelling business propositions.
  4. Develop joint business plans with sales targets before finalizing contracts.
  5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet recruitment targets.
  6. Achieve revenue targets through channel sales.
  7. Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring their teams are enabled and motivated.
  8. Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders to support partnership objectives.
  9. Manage pipeline, forecast, and track sales progress.
  10. Conduct regular partner alignment sessions and analyze win/loss data.
  11. Develop annual joint business plans with high-potential partners and review progress quarterly.
  12. Provide feedback on tools and programs to internal teams.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Experience in data and insights solutions, with exposure to data platforms, aggregators, analytics providers, or consultancies.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and forming relationships with CXO-level channel partners.
  • Proven track record managing major partner relationships with transparency and trust.
  • Strong industry network.
  • Experience in joint business planning with partners.

Salary Range for Purchase, NY: $132,000 - $206,000
